Surgical Services

We are proud to offer advanced soft tissue, laser, and orthopedic surgical services. We perform pre-anesthetic blood work, blood pressure, EKG & pulse oximeter monitoring on every patient to ensure the safest possible procedure. We utilize specially trained anesthesia technicians alongside our surgeons during every operation. Intensely monitored anesthesia and comprehensive pain control before, during, and after surgery make for the most comfortable recovery for your pet.

Laparoscopy

We are excited to offer laparoscopic surgery alternatives for appropriate candidates. This minimally invasive technique is performed through very small incisions and magnified images of the internal organs are visible on a high definition monitor. The benefits include a much quicker return to normal activity, a lower risk of infection, less bleeding, and less post-operative pain and inflammation for the patient.

Laser Surgery

Using lasers is a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery. Lasers can replace scalpels in many procedures, and are useful for a wide range of conditions, such as cyst, tumor, and wart removal, and can even be used in declawing. Laser procedures result in less pain; less bleeding and less swelling. They reduce risk of infection and result in less post-operative discomfort.

Orthopedic

Orthopedic issues are common in many pets, especially canines. We offer surgical ACL repair options such as TTA and lateral suture, as well as fracture repairs and FHO hip surgeries. We also work with owners to create post-op physical therapy regimens and pain management.
